Last week I launched a feature I’ve been wanting to add for a long time: You can now email your invoices to your clients from within HourPatch!
The way it works is pretty simple. Just make sure you’ve entered an email address for the client you want to send the invoice to, then view your invoice, and click the “Send to Client” button. HourPatch will tell you who you’re about to send the invoice to, and ask you if you want to send a copy to yourself, as well. You can also include a message to the client, if you like. The client will receive an email from you with your message, and the PDF for your invoice will be attached. Give it a try!
